Guildtown Housing Co-Operative is located on 156th Street close to the corner of 100th Avenue in Surrey.  It is within easy reach of Elementary and High schools, Surrey Library, Guildford Mall, cinemas, restaurants and parks.  Please see the Amenities section for further details.

We have several types of units, accommodating all sizes of families. Our living spaces range from 916 square feet up to 1572 square feet. 

Areas for the use of residents include our Common Room which also houses the laundry room and the Co-op's office, as well as kitchen equipped meeting room.

We have two equipped play areas for children, as well as a basketball/sports court.

Our many committees for you to participate in include a Social and a Newsletter committee. Others include and are not limited to:

• Maintenance

• Landscaping

• Membership

We're sure there's something to suit everyone's tastes.

We do allow pets, although mammals (dogs and cats) must be of a certain height or less and spayed or neutered.
